Services
Guardix provides hosting services that may include Discord bot hosting, web hosting, and game server hosting. Features, resources, limits, and support levels depend on the selected plan or written agreement.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and activity performed through their credentials. Credentials and service tokens must not be shared publicly.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, abusive network activity, harassment, or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Billing and renewals
The final terms should state billing intervals, due dates, grace periods, renewal behavior, refund rules, chargeback handling, and any taxes or fees.
Suspension and termination
Guardix may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. The final policy should define notice and data-retention procedures.
Backups and customer data
Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of important data unless a written plan specifically states otherwise.
Service availability
Guardix aims to provide reliable services but should not promise uninterrupted availability unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.
